Zaki (Yaakov) Diab is one of Israel’s leading litigators in property and liability insurance claims. He represents policyholders who have suffered fire, water, theft, or system failures damages — and works resolutely to maximize and exhaust their rights against insurance companies. He gained many years of courtroom experience, a unique specialization in insurance claims, and a proven track record of substantial successes.
He acquired his education at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (LL.B. and MBA), and was later selected for the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship and studied for a Master’s degree in Commercial Law at the University of Pennsylvania (an Ivy League university). At the same time, he was awarded a prestigious certification in Public Policy and Business from the Wharton School, an elite program reserved for only a
select few. During his career, he served as a founding partner in leading law firms, was recognized in international rankings such as D&B, BDI, and Legal 500, and currently serves as a partner at Diab & Co. Law Firm. Alongside his legal work, he lectures at universities and professional forums, publishes articles, and participates in public discussions and panels in the insurance industry.
Beyond his legal successes, Zaki is also committed to social and community activity and the promotion of civil justice. He has served on and is a member of the boards of prominent organizations such as the Association for Civil Rights, “Kav Mashwe” and ”Collective Impact”, and continues to lead educational and social initiatives.
